The artifacts are caused by the looping-server and not representative of the quality experienced in a normal video conference.
The online services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week unless otherwise stated. Please keep the connection as short as possible.

Did you know
For more efficient technical support, have your serial number for your system on hand. This number can be found on the back of the codec above the power switch or on the bottom of the codec. If you can not find your codec serial number you will need to have your TANDBERG order number from when you purchased the system. This number will start with either a B, US or 5. |
